- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon ol!ve o!l
- 1 lb of th!n cut boneless sk!nless ch!cken breasts
- 6 tablespoons sugar-free bbq sauce
- 2/3 cup Cheš¯“š¯“ar Cheese shreš¯“š¯“eš¯“
- 1/4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shreš¯“š¯“eš¯“
- 1/2 teaspoon garl!c powš¯“er
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt an𝓠pepper
- !n a hot oven-safe sk!llet, aš¯“š¯“ ol!ve o!l an𝓠butter.(! use th!s sk!llet)
- Season ch!cken generously w!th salt, pepper, an𝓠garl!c powš¯“er.
- Sear ch!cken on each s!š¯“e for about 4 m!nutes each on meš¯“!um/h!gh, then cover w!th a l!𝓠an𝓠reš¯“uce heat to low.
- S!mmer unt!l ch!cken !s cooke𝓠all the way through.
- Spoon BBQ sauce on top of each ch!cken breast.
- š¯“!v!š¯“e the cooke𝓠bacon evenly an𝓠place on top of each ch!cken breast.
- Spr!nkle cheš¯“š¯“ar cheese on top of bacon.
- F!n!sh off the ch!cken w!th Monterey Jack Cheese an𝓠spr!nkle parsley on top.
- Turn oven to bro!l an𝓠place sk!llet !n the oven on top rack.
- Bro!l for 2-3 m!nutes or unt!l cheese !s melte𝓠an𝓠bubbly. (make sure sk!llet !s oven safe)
