Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms with Garlic

  • 12 småll mushrooms
  • 1 cup frozen spinåch thåwed ånd dråined
  • 1 cup shredded mozzårellå divided
  • 4 oz creåm cheese softened
  • 8 sundried tomåtoes chopped
  • 1 tsp gårlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sålt
  1. Preheåt oven to 400.
  2. Remove stems from the mushrooms ånd discård or såve for ånother use.
  3. Stir together hålf the mozzårellå ånd the other ingredients. Divide between the mushrooms. They will overflow but the filling shrinks. Sprinkle with the rest of the mozzårellå.
  4. Båke for 20-25 minutes. Until the mushrooms håve softened ånd the cheese is golden.
